Policemen attacked and brutalised an Arise News Channel crew covering the IGP Mohammed Adamu’s dissolution of rogue police unit, the Special Anti-robbery Squad (SARS). Ferdinand Duruoha took to his heels after being intimidated while the cameraman Francis Ogbonna was hit several times on the head and his camera destroyed. Duruoha fled after hearing orders of “Shoot him! shoot him!” The crew were interviewing protesters who had gathered at the Police headquarters.
